Come and be a part of the traditional end-of-season service from the National Musicians' Church, Holy Sepulchre, final resting place of Sir Henry Wood, founder of the Promenade concerts.
During Choral Evensong, sung by The Choir of Holy Sepulchre, the chaplet from Sir Henry's bust at the Royal Albert Hall will be returned to the site where his ashes are interred.
The 1 hour service will be followed by some refreshments and an opportunity to chat and view the church, including the Musicians' Memorial chapel. The service will also live on BBC Radio 3 and an Order of Service will be available to download for those who unable to join us in person.
