Within the Square Mile and with multiple transport links including City Thameslink, Holy Sepulchre, The National Musicians Church, is a memorable setting for wedding receptions, memorial concerts, banquets, meetings, dinners, conferences and exhibitions, concerts, rehearsals, and filming.

Private, Corporate and Charity Events

Holy Sepulchre, the National Musicians' church and the largest City church is an amazing destination for private, corporate and charity events.

Holy Sepulchre is a memorable setting for wedding receptions, banquets, meetings, dinners, conferences and exhibitions, concerts, filming and other events for between 50 and 350 guests, accommodating up to 200 guests banquet-style and 350 for a stand-up reception, this venue is the perfect setting for your big day. The other spaces can be hired to compliment the main church space including the garden in front of the church.

A broad ranges of menu options from buffets to formal dinners provided by 3rd party caterers, will ensure that your event lives up to the exceptional surroundings. Alcohol license available plus, sound and Lighting Packages, Cloakroom facilities, Full event management, Security and Staffing etc.

Main church

The capacity for the entire church is 500 people, this includes those involved with the service or event and congregation /audience. Our seating capacity in the main church is 425, although this requires the hire of additional seating as it is above our usual 325. Please speak to our team (bookings@hsl.church) regarding possible layout options.

If you hire the main church space, you also have the opportunity to hire our Steinway or Organ for use for your rehearsal or event.

Repertoire for concerts and events should be agreed in advance with our bookings team, however, we do not limit this to Christian music only. As the National Musicians church we encourage and enjoy a breadth of music being offered.

 
 

The HarmonyZone

This area is part of the main space in the Church and is an ideal location for groups or community associations to gather as well as a place for art and photography exhibitions.

 
 

The Musicians’ Chapel

This chapel is part of the main space in the Church, which is gated off on the left.

 
 

The Royal Fusiliers’ Chapel

This Chapel is part of the main space in the Church, situated to the right.

 
 

Henry Wood Room

 

Our Henry Wood room can hold up to 20 people and has full Wi-Fi. If you hire the Henry Wood room, you also have the opportunity to hire our Yamaha Clavinova CLP 230.

John Rogers’ Room

 

Our John Rogers room can hold up to 8 people and has full Wi-Fi.

Organ Mezzanine

Our Organ Mezzanine can hold up to 30 people and has full Wi-Fi. Please speak to our team (bookings@hsl.church) regarding possible layout options.

 

Compassion Corner

A comfortable space with sofas to relax and look at our noticeboards full of helpful information, especially for musicians.
