Rehearsal and Teaching spaces

Are you looking for a central London venue for your choir, ensemble or orchestra to practice, or do you need a secure space to do some teaching? We have spaces for small or large numbers, whether 5 or 350, with amazing acoustics.

Within the Square Mile and with multiple transport links including City Thameslink, Holy Sepulchre, The National Musicians Church, is a fabulous place for your community to gather and celebrate music together.

Main church

The capacity for the entire church is 500 people, this includes those involved with the service or event and congregation /audience. Our seating capacity in the main church is 425, although this requires the hire of additional seating as it is above our usual 325. Please speak to our team (bookings@hsl.church) regarding possible layout options.

If you hire the main church space, you also have the opportunity to hire our Steinway, harpsichord or Organ for use for your rehearsal or event.

The Musicians’ Chapel

This chapel is part of the main space in the Church, which is gated off on the left.
