A new dining venue in the City serving up to 250 for a seated dinner or 400 for a canapé reception.…..So why not bring your guests along with your fellow liverymen to a stunning historical venue located at the heart of the City of London. Our spectacular Grade 1 building, steeped in history, with the bells of Old Bailey, historic links to Virginia, New England and Rhode Island, and as the National Musicians’ church with the Musicians Memorial Chapel and the Royal Fusiliers Memorial Chapel, why not offer your guests something new, a unique venue for your event. Our bespoke packages include:

  • a range of catering options, from full livery packages, as you would expect from experienced Livery caterers, plus a range of other menus and style options,

  • a range of options for your Court and/or Committee Meetings in the beautiful Musicians’ Memorial chapel, the Henry Wood room or the Organ Mezzanine, with tech facilities for those needing to join meetings remotely plus refreshments options for meetings,

  • a range of musical and instrument options including a harpsichord, three Pianos (a Steinway AO, a Bluthner and a Model D Steinway), a Makin organ, and from August 2027 our Renatus organ is expected to have been reinstalled, plus

  • Full event management; security, cloakroom facility and a range of beverage packages.

CATERING PACKAGES FOR 2026

We understand the importance of delivering a show stopping end to end experience which includes the menu. For our Livery packages we have partnered with experienced Livery caterers and event managers, whose carefully curated menus, refined service and event management ensures your event is seamlessly delivered. These include:

  • Life’s Kitchen who are delighted to unveil their Fixed Price Livery Package for 2026, offering exceptional value and seamless planning here at Holy Sepulchre. Designed to make hosting effortless, the package includes venue hire, a reception and three-course livery banquet lunch or dinner, wine, water and port, plus all staffing and equipment — all for £150 per person including VAT. Their team have over 30 years of Livery events experience including time spent at Tallow Chandlers Hall, Pewterers Hall and Butchers Hall.
