Venue Enhancements
Here at Holy Sepulchre, the largest City church, we work closely with all our clients to create the best welcoming experience, for you, our client, and your guests. We look forward to working together to create with you the finest live event in the City of London, and ensure your perfect event.
We are a beautiful Grade 1 listed building, the National Musicians’ church and the home of the Royal Fusiliers’ Chapel. So in addition to all this history and heritage, and ability to provide a seamless event experience with our in-house instruments, lighting, audio systems and seating, we are also happy to recommend suppliers for catering, floristry, production, entertainment and furniture hire that align with your event style and budget, ensuring your event exceeds expectations.
Instruments
We have various instruments available to hire, subject to approval of musical ability, including:
Three Pianos: A Steinway AO, a Bluthner and a Model D Stainway
a Harpsichord
a Makin organ (and from August 2027 our Renatus organ is expected to have been reinstalled following completion of the restoration
Catering
We have a range of catering options to suit your budget and style of event, from standing buffets to full livery standard dinners. Further details are available on request.
Furniture and Lighting
As the largest City church, with a huge central space, 2 chapel spaces, 3 meetings rooms and 2 green rooms, there are many options to enhance your venue experience. The church has 250 chairs with a capacity of 500 and various serving tables, but so much more is possible with our furniture partners including: choir platforms and staging, professional bar areas, additional tables, sofas, cloakrooms, lighting and outdoor seating
Florists
We have worked with a number of florists and would be happy to recommend one.
Event Production
We love our Grade 1 listed church, with so much history but also want to ensure that your event is the best it can be.
This could be lighting, audio and video streaming, catering or overall event design. We have a good core of chairs, tables, instruments and a high quality sound desk and operators and our amazing Hosts, but for some events we recognise more may be is needed and have worked with various event teams including live broadcast teams who can testify to our ability to work with 3rd party professionals. We also can recommend production teams to work with you on your event.
