We are excited to hold an Art Exhibition which will be displaying during Carers Week in collaboration with Holborn Community Association and Carers Art Group. It will start on Monday 6th June at midday and will be available to view throughout the week - timings on the image.

Holborn Community Association

At HCA we create the spaces and opportunities for individuals, groups and the wider community to thrive.  Our community spaces (three centres and multiple outreach settings across the area) are welcoming, accessible and shaped by the community.  All of those opportunities, or activities, support individuals to build their skills, confidence and overall well-being.  They reduce isolation and offer the chance to build new meaningful relationships.   Together, those approaches foster change and build a stronger community across our area.

Carers Art Group
The carers art group is a free weekly creative group specifically for unpaid carers aged 18+. The group provides carers with a creative and supportive space, somewhere where they can embrace some much needed respite and get in touch with their creativity. The sessions are open to all carers and no experience with art is required. Great for beginners, we help people get started and find a form of creativity that suits and inspires them. The group supports the learning of skills and finding out more about art and self expression in a friendly and welcoming environment, whilst giving a break from caring responsibilities. From painting to drawing and collage, plus everything in between, there's no pressure, just gentle encouragement and the freedom to experiment and have fun.
