Terms and Conditions for Ticketed Events

Please read the following terms and conditions for ticket sales carefully. By proceeding with your booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood agree to the terms and conditions of sale.

• Your confirmation email is your ticket for the event.

• Tickets for live events are subject to a £1.50 transaction fee.

• Once your order has been processed we are unable to make amendments to your order.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be offered (minus any associated booking fees).

• Mobile devices, watches, or any device which may disrupt the performance or disturb other audience members, must be silenced before entering the venue.

• Eating, drinking and smoking is not permitted during any performance.

• Tickets are sold subject to Holy Sepulchre’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

• The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is not permitted.

• Ticket holders consent to photography, filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

• We reserve the right to search any bag taken into the venue.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to and/or ask people to leave the event in reasonable circumstances, including without limitation for health and safety reasons, if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the event; if you use threatening, abusive or insulting language and/or behaviour; if, in our reasonable opinion, you are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; if you breach these terms; or if your ticket is void.
